Welcome to JesusFest! By accessing our website, purchasing tickets, registering for the event, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Use of Website
Acceptable Use You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the site. Prohibited activities include:
Harassment, abuse, or harm of others
Transmitting unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or obscene content
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfering with the proper functioning of the website
Using automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
Intellectual Property All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of JesusFest or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Event Registration and Tickets
Purchase and Payment When you purchase tickets for JesusFest, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. All sales are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Ticket prices are subject to change without notice until purchase is complete.
Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-transferable except as explicitly allowed
Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced
We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates our Code of Conduct or applicable laws
Entry requires a valid ticket and may require photo identification
Tickets may not be resold for profit without express written permission
Refunds and Cancellations Ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be provided if JesusFest is cancelled and not rescheduled. We are not responsible for travel expenses, accommodations, or other costs incurred in connection with the event. In the event of cancellation, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Event Changes We reserve the right to modify the event schedule, performers, speakers, activities, or venue without notice. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to refunds unless the event is cancelled entirely.
Code of Conduct
All attendees, volunteers, vendors, and participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with Christian values and respect for others. Prohibited behavior includes:
Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind
Violence or threats of violence
Possession of weapons, illegal substances, or alcohol (unless specifically permitted)
Disruptive behavior that interferes with others' enjoyment
Unauthorized recording, photography, or live streaming
Commercial solicitation without permission
Violation of our Code of Conduct may result in removal from the event without refund and potential legal action.
Photography, Video, and Media Release
By attending JesusFest, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, and live streaming may take place throughout the event. You grant JesusFest and its partners the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and voice in photographs, videos, and other media for promotional, educational, and ministry purposes without compensation or approval rights.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify event staff.
Liability and Assumption of Risk
Assumption of Risk Attendance at JesusFest is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to:
Personal injury, illness, or death
Loss or damage to personal property
Exposure to weather conditions
Interaction with other attendees
Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, JesusFest, its organizers, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and venue providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Your attendance at or inability to attend the event
Event cancellation, postponement, or modification
Loss, theft, or damage to personal property
Personal injury or harm
Interaction with other attendees, vendors, or third parties
Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JesusFest and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your conduct at the event.
Volunteers
Volunteers must complete any required applications and training. Volunteers serve at their own risk and agree to follow all instructions from event organizers. JesusFest is not responsible for injuries sustained while volunteering.
Vendors and Sponsors
Separate agreements govern vendor booth rentals and sponsorship arrangements. Vendors and sponsors must comply with all applicable laws, obtain necessary permits, and carry appropriate insurance. JesusFest reserves the right to reject or remove any vendor or sponsor that does not align with our mission and values.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Third-Party Services
Our website and event may include links to or integrations with third-party services (ticketing platforms, payment processors, social media, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions.
Force Majeure
JesusFest shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God (severe weather, natural disasters)
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Government orders or restrictions
Public health emergencies
Labor disputes or strikes
Failure of utilities or transportation systems
In such events, we may cancel, postpone, or modify the event without liability for damages beyond refunding ticket prices.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at JesusFest shall be resolved through:
Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first at example@example.com to resolve any concerns.
Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be submitted to mediation with a mutually agreed-upon Christian mediator.
Binding Arbitration: If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Ravalli County, Montana, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Code of Conduct, constitute the entire agreement between you and JesusFest regarding your use of our website and attendance at the event.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
