JesusFest doesn't happen without an army of faithful servants behind the scenes. From setup to teardown and everything in between, volunteers are the heartbeat of this event. If you want to be part of something that matters, if you want to serve the body of Christ in a tangible way, we need you.

Serve with Purpose This isn't just event work. It's ministry. Every role you fill helps create an environment where people can encounter Jesus, experience unity, and leave changed.
Build Community You'll serve alongside believers from different churches and backgrounds, forming friendships that last long after the event ends.
Get a Behind-the-Scenes Experience Volunteers get unique access to the event, opportunities to meet speakers and worship leaders, and the satisfaction of knowing you helped make it all happen.
Use Your Gifts Whatever your skills or availability, there's a place for you. From greeting guests to tech support to prayer teams, we have roles that fit.
Volunteer Opportunities

Help us transform the fairgrounds into a celebration space. Physical labor required, but we promise good music, great people, and plenty of gratitude.

Be the friendly face that welcomes attendees, answers questions, and helps people find what they need. First impressions matter, and you'll be making them.

Create a safe, fun environment for children so parents can fully engage in worship and teaching. Background checks required.

Be available to pray with attendees throughout the event. This is frontline ministry for those with a heart for intercession.

Help with sound, lighting, stage management, or other technical needs. Experience preferred but not required for all roles.

Assist food vendors and ministry booths with setup, logistics, and guest flow.

Flexible roles that fill gaps wherever needed. Perfect if you're available but not sure where you fit best.
What We're Looking For
A Servant's Heart You don't need special skills or experience. Just a willingness to serve, a good attitude, and a love for Jesus and His people.
Reliability We need people who will show up when they commit. If you sign up for a shift, we're counting on you.
Flexibility Things don't always go as planned at live events. We need team players who can adapt and jump in where needed.
Christ-Centered Character You'll be representing JesusFest and, more importantly, Jesus. We ask that volunteers conduct themselves with integrity, kindness, and respect.
